Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Our store does not offer returns for any reason, regardless of the item's condition, wear, tags, or original packaging. Please carefully review all product information (including size, color, and specifications) before making a purchase.


Refunds

Since we do not accept returns, we do not offer refunds. However, if an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled before shipment, we will contact you and issue a full refund.


Damages and Issues

Although we do not accept returns, if you receive an item that has significant quality issues, is damaged during shipping, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or partial compensation as appropriate.

Non-returnable Items (All Items)

All products sold by our store are final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Regular products
  • Custom products
  • Sale items / Promotional items
  • Gift cards

Returns are not accepted for any of the above categories.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding any other provisions, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to purchases from our store. Even if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, returns are not accepted.
